I have been blessed to listen to Meshell speak in my mastermind group and at a conference I have attended. Our mastermind group was gifted with three 90-minute training sessions on tapping into your confidence and really bringing your gifts to the table. Meshell is an amazing woman. She is full of inspiration and energy. Meshell presented Championing Confidence in the Workplace at a recent SCORE workshop. She's a great speaker - engaging the entire group by answering questions immediately and interactively rather than waiting until the end of her talk. My favorite topics were about vision: she started by saying a Vision is about creating that which does not exist. In all my years of corporate training and leadership, no one ever explained the difference between vision and mission as clearly and succinctly! She later followed this up with a discussion on vision boards; when later discussing the concept of vision boards with one of my SCORE clients, he emphasized the power and clarity by simply stating that his vision board not only kept his vision top of mind, but helped to calm his inner demons and doubts. Very nicely done, Meshell!

Working with Meshell as my coach and advisor during the past 6 weeks of the CPSP sales training program was fantastic. Her insight, candor, openness and positivity throughout every call ensured that there were no silly questions, no silly situations.
