The wonderful and beautiful thing about change is it creates the opportunity to choose.  If you don’t like where you are, if you don’t like what you have and if you don’t like who you’ve become CHANGE!  The only thing between where you are and where you want is choice.  So why don’t more people choose change…FEAR!

Fear can be an overwhelming and crippling feeling.  I too feel fear…fear that freezes me in my tracks. But it does not stop me. It just means I need a new dream that aligns with my purpose or my dream requires additional nourishing.  Dreams are our thoughts which are similar to seeds.  And when a seed is planted and nurtured it can’t do anything but grow and grow and grow.  There is NO STOPPING your harvest!

So if it’s fear you are feeling…too scared to take the first step do not beat yourself up.  Go back and nurture your dream because when that dream in you becomes bigger than you, there will be no choice but to take a leap of Faith!

The only thing between where you are and where you want is choice.  What will you choose?
