This quote is my “How to eat an Elephant” instructional…J  the undertaking of anything worthwhile, anything the will create that amazing change in your life requires time and effort.  I mean T-I-M-E and effort.  What I’ve come to understand is most folks don’t like either part or both of the aforementioned and mandatory ingredients to gain the desired result.

Okay you guessed it, I am most folks.  There are area in my life that I have not attain my desired results.  Let’s take weight…yep that scale is currently farther from my “If Only” size than I’d prefer!?!?  I know what it takes to succeed at a goal.  So why can’t I apply the Time and Effort and eat my elephant? No pun intended.  There is not specific answer except to say, I’m like most folks and am not perfect.

We all have something we wish we could change.  It is the courage to forge ahead in full knowledge of those looming imperfections that brings about great character.  Focus on what you do have and can do.  There is always someone you can assist, somewhere you can serve.  Basically somewhere, someone needs what YOU have right now.  The most awesome awareness comes when you understand you don’t need to be perfect.  You just need to be positively persistent and you will produce a worthy work in this world!

What can you do Today?
