Keeping my word has been one of my core values.  In my experience few people have felt this way which created lots of disappointment, anger and frustration.  I don’t actually recall when I had the epiphany/break through…I am NOT responsible for another’s behaviors!  Sigh…enlightenment…but whenever it happened, I’ve been a much happier and calmer person…
